Refund policy
Please bare in mind most items are on a turnaround time of 2-3 weeks. This sometimes varies shorter or longer. There is no next day delivery service available.
Most of our items are handmade to Jeanys bespoke.
This means that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges to personalised or customisable items. Customisable items are made to each customers wishes and will not be able to re - sale them. Please make sure when purchasing a handmade or a personalised item that you understand the policy.
Non Personalised / Handmade items are fully returnable if damaged. Returns of these items must be confirmed to send back via Jeanys bespoke. Please keep proof that the item is damaged as we will require before you send back to us. Returns need to be declared to us 7 working days after receiving.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please Note: Due to Brexit we cannot guarantee if your order will include custom charges. These are your responsibly to pay. We would recommend researching into your countries specific custom charges, prior to purchase.
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday. We aim to dispatch all non personalised orders the next day if in stock if ordered before 12:30pm. Please note this can take longer at busy periods.
Most items are handmade and made to order ( pre order ) please check discription to individual items to find out if it’s pre order. Pre order items will be Aprox 2-3 weeks depending on turn around times, items will be sent after this.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us on our email.
