Please read our policy which we have made legal to cover us. 

It’s important you read this policy page before you order with us at Jeany’s bespoke for your own peace of mind. Failure to read before ordering is your liability. 

Turn around time : Most items are on pre order basis only as we only handmade items upon orders which means we have very minimal in stock products. 
Turn around times usually are estimated at 2-3 Weeks in low busier periods and 3-4 Weeks in high busy periods and seasons.

We do not offer next day delivery, your delivery time frame is after our turn around time has finished. 

Posting : When we post with Royal Mail in the UK we are not responsible for the parcel once is has left us. The delivery company would be at fault if any problems should arise whilst they are handling your parcels. 

IRELAND CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ : 

We do post to ireland but DO NOT cover Loss or damage parcels. If your item had been deemed lost we cannot issue a refund or exchange due to the legal terms and conditions of the UK. Ordering to ireland is ordering at your own risk, ireland has a different law on parcels which is not the same as the UK hense why we dont cover loss of parcels.

CUSTOM CHARGES : 

When we send international parcels there may be a customs fee to import the item into your country. Custom fee's need to be covered and paid by yourself to retrieve the parcel.
