Pre Orders take a maximum of 6 weeks. 99% of the time its 2-3 weeks, but we like to cover ourselves.

We only accept returns if items are very damaged.

Please ensure you care for your items in a fragile state. Items are handmade and need to be handled with care.

We only accept payment plans. They consist of 2 payments. A deposit and the rest when order is complete.

Shipping is with Royal Mail Or Evri. We do not use any other couriers.
